These terms and conditions apply to all services and products of Unitial Technologies B.V., established in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries by Unitial Technologies B.V., unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Agreements
An agreement is established when the order confirmation has been sent by Unitial, or when Unitial has commenced execution of the assignment.
Liability
The liability of Unitial is limited to the amount paid out under the applicable liability insurance in the relevant case, plus the excess.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to the software, hardware and documentation developed by Unitial belong to Unitial, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant.
